As a Visitor, you can browse our Website to find out more about our Service. You are not required to provide us with any Personally Identifiable Information as a Visitor.

However, if register as a Member of our Website to use our Service, you must provide Personally Identifiable Information to PrepHero in order for us to provide you with our Service. As a Member, we collect your Personally Identifiable Information in the following ways:

At Member Registration

When you register for membership as a Host to create a Group, we collect your name, address, business name or educational institution (if applicable), email address, phone number, Facebook information, and ZIP code. When you register for membership as a Parent or Athlete, we collect your name, address, email address, age, year in school (if applicable), school attended (if applicable), Facebook information, phone number, and ZIP code.


Our Service allows you to upload pictures and information about yourself to your Profile. Your Profile is publically viewable and will most likely contain Personally Identifiable Information.


For Hosts, we collect payment source information (i.e. credit card) at the time you create an Event to pay for the creation of the Event within our Service. For Parent/Athletes, we collect payment source information (i.e. credit card) at the time you register to attend an Event.


Our Service allows you to connect your Profile on our Webiste to your Facebook page. By providing your Facebook information, you agree to allow our Service to connect to your Facebook account and use information from it to be displayed through our Service or for our Service to send information to it. If you no longer want our Service to connect with your Facebook account or want to limit information accessed and shared, you are responsible for either removing your Facebook account from our Service and/or modifying your privacy settings on Facebook.

Online Forms

There may be online forms used in our Service. The information you enter into these online forms may contain Personally Identifiable Information.

Computer Information Collected

When you visit our Website, PrepHero automatically collects certain computer information by the interaction of your web browser with our Website. Such information is typically considered Non Personal Information. PrepHero also collects the following:


Our Website uses “Cookies” to identify the areas of our Website/Service that you have visited. A Cookie is a small piece of data stored on your computer by your web browser. Communications and Email Alerts

When PrepHero communicates with you about our Website/Service, we will use the email address and phone number you provided when registering for our Service. We may also send you email alerts regarding your case file information or service messages regarding our Website/Service. Finally, we may also send you emails with promotional information about PrepHero , unless you have opted out of receiving such information. You can change contact preferences at any time through your account. While you can opt-out of promotional messages, you cannot opt-out of receiving service messages.

Customizing Our Website/Service

PrepHero may use the Personally Identifiable information you provide to us along with any computer information we receive to customize our Website/Service.

Sharing Information with Affiliates and Other Third Parties

PrepHero does not sell, rent, or otherwise provide your Personally Identifiable Information to third parties for marketing purposes. We may provide your Personally Identifiable Information to affiliates that provide services to PrepHero with regards to our Website/Service (i.e. payment processors, website hosting companies, etc.); such affiliates will only receive information necessary to provide the respective services and will be bound by confidentiality agreements limiting the use of such information.


Our Service offers the capability for Parents/Athletes to join Groups and communicate with each other. PrepHero does not filter or monitor what is posted on such Groups. If you chose to post on these discussion boards, you should use care when exposing any Personally Identifiable Information as such information is not protected by our Privacy Policy nor are we liable should you choose to disclose Personally Identifiable Information through such postings.

Community Discussion Boards

Our Service offers the capability for Members to communicate with each other through online Community Discussion Boards. PrepHero does not filter or monitor what is posted on such discussion boards. If you chose to post on these discussion boards, you should use care when exposing any Personally Identifiable Information as such information is not protected by our Privacy Policy nor are we liable should you choose to disclose Personally Identifiable Information through such postings.

Legally Required Releases of Information

PrepHero may be legally required to disclose your Personally Identifiable Information, if such disclosure is (a) required by subpoena, law, or other legal process; (b) necessary to assist law enforcement officials or government enforcement agencies; (c) necessary to investigate violations of or otherwise enforce our Terms of Service; (d) necessary to protect us from legal action or claims from third parties including you and/or other Members; and/or (e) necessary to protect the legal rights, personal/real property, or personal safety of PrepHero , our Users, employees, and affiliates.

Disclosures to Successors

If PrepHero is acquired or merges, in whole or in part, with another business that would become responsible for providing the Service to you, we retain the right to transfer your Personally Identiable Information to the new business. The new business would retain the right to use your Personally Identifiable Information according to the terms of this Privacy Policy as well as to any changes to this Privacy Policy as instituted by the new business.

Protecting Your Child’s Privacy

We follow the United States’ Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Our Service is not designed for use by anyone under the age of 13 (Child). We do not knowingly collect Personally Identifiable Information from a Child. You acknowledge that we cannot accurately verify the age of our Users nor do we have any liability to do so. If you are parent or legal guardian who suspects their Child is attempting to use our Service, please contact us immediately to remove your Child’s information. We will ask you to provide identification to confirm that you are indeed the Child’s parent or legal guardian. If you are under the age of 18, please get your parent or legal guardian’s permission before attempting to use our Service.

PrepHero and our affiliates fully comply with the CAN-SPAM Act as enacted in the United States. You can always opt out of receipt of further email correspondence from PrepHero and/or our affiliates. PrepHero has constructed our Website/Service using industry standard encryption and authentication tools to protect your Personally Identifiable Information. Payment Sources

You are required to provide a payment source (i.e. credit card) when you register for our Service. You acknowledge that we don’t store your payment source information directly on our servers and use third-party billing providers to process your payment source. We work such providers to insure your payment source information is encrypted and protected. However, you understand and agree that we do not control nor can we be liable for the acts of third parties. A Member can create a “Profile”, which is an online representation of the Member.

A “Group” is an online representation of an organization, club, league, etc. created by a Host where Parents and Athletes can interact with the Group. A Host may also offer camps, tournaments, training, classes, or other events (collectively, “Events”) for Parents and/or Athletes to attend.

A “User” is a collective identifier that refers to either a Visitor or a Member.

All text, information, graphics, audio, video, and data offered through our Website, whether free to all or part of our paid Service, are collectively known as our “Content”. We may refer to Content provided by our Members as “Member Content.” When we refer to our Website/Service, our Content is included by reference.
